Creating new plots

TABLE OF CONTENTS


1. Create plot


To create a new plot, open a chosen track within your project of interest. Once in the track, find a placeholder named 'Add new' and press on 'Create new'.


Enter a name and description for the plot in the text boxes provided and choose the appropriate algorithm from the dropdown menu. 'Data Pretreatment' will be used as an example here. Press 'Select Algorithm' to continue. A new field named 'Select Data' shoud appear on the right.


2. Select Data

To select the desired data, press on 'Data upload' under 'Choose track element. A dropdown menu will appear with all possible data choices. Note: only the data suitable for the chosen analysis will apear. 


You can select a subset of your data by pressing on 'Select Observations'. For more details press here


To proceed press 'Select Track Element'. A new field on the right named 'Set Parameters' should appear on the right.


3. Set Parameters


The parameters field will depend on the chosen analysis. Set the parameters to desired values. 

4. Run / Save Placeholder


At this point the page should look similar to the figure below:



Now it is possible to Run or Save Placeholder:

  • Press 'Run' to carry out the analysis.
  • Press 'Save Placeholder' to save the selected options without running the analysis.

The most recently created placeholder plot can be accessed using the create plot quick link on the landing page.
