Custom gene sets

The Unicle team can integrate your custom gene sets into our gene set enrichment and feature engineering algorithms. To facilitate this, please provide your custom gene sets in a standardized format. The required format is a CSV file with two columns: "GeneSet" and "Gene".

• The "GeneSet" column should contain the name of each gene set.
• The "Gene" column should include one of the UniApp-supported gene identifiers for each gene within the corresponding gene set.
