Batch analysis

Modified on Wed, 13 Sep, 2023 at 3:04 PM

Batch analysis allows you to execute the same analysis on multiple inputs at once. This greatly improves the speed at which you can analyze multiple datasets.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. Running the batch analysis algorithm

Batch analysis can be executed by selecting multiple inputs for the following algorithms:

  • Data pretreatment
  • Dimension reduction
  • Gene set enrichment analysis
  • Clustering
  • Bruteforce analysis
  • Gene prioritization
  • Variation analysis
  • Feature engineering

To batch analyze any of the above algorithms, first select one of them in the Choose algorithm menu. Next simply choose multiple track elements as input in the Select data field. Note that when selecting multiple inputs you can not select observations and that the Select obeservations button is greyed out. Next you can set the algorithm parameters in the Set parameters field. The same parameters you set here will be applied to your entire input selection.

For each of the select inputs a respective output plot will be generated in the same track where the input plot is located.
